The Panelled System is also used to create General Public areas where there will be a large footfall, it may be mains connected or operate on a vacuum system.  On occasion it may be convenient or practical for loos to be installed inside a structure or permanent building rather than using either single re-circulating loos or trailer mounted units.  You can fit a far greater capacity of loo facilities in a given space with the Panelled System than you can with Trailers.
